While I’m off to Singapore for the Holy Week, I’d like to share with you the Special Easter Sunday menu at VASK on Easter Sunday available for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is traditional Basque, or Northern Spanish, fare, served family style for all to partake. These are some of VASK’s signature dishes that already have a following.
