A new restaurant concept has opened in Bonifacio Global City. I’m proud to say that I’m part of this endeavor and excited to share with you all what our Chef Executive, J. Luis Gonzales, has to offer at VASK Modern Tapas & Gastronomic Cuisine. While some tweaks and finishes are in place, VASK is opening its doors next week for a limited-edition, pre-opening 7-course degustation tasting dinner menu on the 12th, 13th, 15th and 16th of March (that’s tues, weds, fri and sat). For foodies and gourmands, this is definitely a must try.
This limited-edition menu is available for a special price of PHP2500. Once VASK’s doors officially open, you won’t get the same meal for this price. Chef Luis worked at the Michelin-rated and famed El Bulli restaurant in Spain, as well as several 5-star hotels in the Philippines before bringing the concept of Gallery, Dining Room & Deck to fruition with VASK.
