Table for Three, Please is one of the early blogs I followed when I got back to the Philippines in 2007. I was looking for the authority in food, and not just any normal restaurants. After living on different continents, I won’t lie and say that I became a little pickier on where to let my tastebuds run wild. These three foodies not only review restaurants local and abroad, they also attempt to make a genuine conversation about the musings of the culinary world all the while keeping their anonymity to the readers.
It was by chance that I became acquainted with one of the authors, Sanju. He had stayed at Hotel Elizabeth Cebu, and sent me a very constructive and encouraging email. I also found out that we have been doing business with each others’ companies for quite some time now, so the fact that we are both food bloggers and gourmands was the third charm which validated our need to have a decent meal together.
Sanju asked if he could interview me for Table for Three, Please and I was beyond honored. They have featured some bigwhigs in the culinary world in the Philippines and internationally, and I am humbled to know that my thoughts are actually appreciated by my peers. That is the best return I could ever ask for on my blogging investment.
