Many of you know that I have a love affair with yoga, even if I’m on a very long hiatus right now. So it’s fitting that we start the year right with some stretch and style. Last week I was super lucky to meet Christopher Harrison, the founder of AntiGravity Yoga during a demonstration where I was able to try out the super fun and easy way to “fly” using the silk harness. It was less stress on my joints and allowed me relax my spine.
