Many of you know that I have a love affair with yoga, even if I’m on a very long hiatus right now. So it’s fitting that we start the year right with some stretch and style. For my 9th Holiday Goodie Giveaway, I’m giving away a gift pack from Beyond Yoga, which just opened up its doors in the Quezon City area and is rocking the yoginis crazy because of their extensive list of yoga as well as dance classes.

AntiGravity Yoga Tee

Last week I was super lucky to meet Christopher Harrison, the founder of AntiGravity Yoga during a demonstration where I was able to try out the super fun and easy way to “fly” using the silk harness. It was less stress on my joints and allowed me relax my spine.
